The Scholarship Application for the 2008-2009 academic year is now available!

All full-time CANR and RHSA students are encouraged to apply. Students are not eligible to receive any scholarships from CANR/RHSA or their department unless they complete this application.

Please read the following instructions for submission of the application:

      1.     Click on the link below to download the application.

                If you have difficulty downloading the electronic

                application, stop by Room 211 of the W.B. Young Building (Storrs 

                Campus) or call 860-486-2919 to request a paper copy.

       2.    Neatly handwrite your information. Complete ALL

               fields on Page 1 and all appropriate fields on Page 2.

       3.    Sign and date the application.

       4.    Submit application to the Academic Programs Office by

               February 15, 2008. Submission options include:
